Both games to be released in full later this year
Gamania Digital Entertainment has announced the official closed beta for its free-to-play MMORPG, Divina.
Gamania chief executive officer David Wong said, “After the success of our recent sneak peek event for Divina, we’re very excited to get our beta testing under way. The staff and GMs will have more time to get to know players during this test, and we’re anxious to see what everyone thinks about the open world PvP system that will be unlocked. If all goes well, we should be seeing Divina launch sooner than expected this year.”
The beta is expected to run from Wednesday, May 16 to Sunday, May 20, giving players five days to explore the free-to-play game before its official release later this year.
Players can acquire a beta invite by attending one of the beta key giveaways that are expected to happen throughout the week.
For more information on the beta event schedule, visit the game’s official website for full details.
Following this announcement, French developer Brain Candy has launched the open beta for its dystopian squad-based strategy game, Fray.
Celebrating its launch, the developer is offering beta testers two new features that can be acquired through the combat module, which is the XP system and in-game chat.
For access to the beta, players can visit the game’s official website.
Pre-ordering the game will also guarantee beta access, as well as allowing players to carry over any XP that is earned during their time with the beta.
Fray is expected to release on PC and Mac sometime this summer.
